We define success by helping as many people as possible and by training you, the integrative practitioner, we can impact more lives every day.

True integrative medicine should combine only the most effective, targeted, quality-controlled, and research-based treatments from the conventional, alternative, functional, allopathic, osteopathic, and naturopathic medical fields. It should be personalized for each patient based on his or her unique genetic pathways, underlying causes of disease, metabolic markers, immune system function, environmental factors, infection, endocrine imbalances, and more. Doctors should be trained and knowledgeable in a variety of disciplines and be able to pull from a full toolbox of the best-matched, available treatments to serve each patient and provide the best possible outcome. This is how we battle to save and protect human life.– Founder Dino Prato NMD

From Demand, Unipathic Medicine is Born

On a daily basis, Vertisis Custom Pharmacy receives calls from doctors all around the country asking for advice on IV care, treatment, and administration. We recognized the need to develop a powerful tool to help integrative doctors. When we conducted a poll among doctors and their office managers from every type of license and practice, they all had basic and advanced questions about IV integrative medicine. This led to the development of Unipathic medicine as you see it today. Focusing on helping patients and doctors implement the best practices available, the Unipathic Association promotes research-based and viable treatment options so your practice can grow.

Unipathic’s online platform provides a high-yield, advanced, integrative, and personalized medical training community at your fingertips. Unipathic courses look to grow and expand your practice of IV, injectable, and diagnostic modalities.

Why build your practice on supplements alone which have low bioavailability and are commonly found everywhere? Instead, improve patient outcomes dramatically with 100% bioavailable IV care and a business model only licensed healthcare doctors can provide.

Unipathic medicine was built out of a desperate need to fill the gaps of integrative medicine for practitioners at every level. This organization was assembled out of a demand from numerous clinicians for established practices and simple straightforward know-how along with business training.

Why Your CME’s May Not Matter So Much

Do CME’s (continuing medical education) really grow your practice? We did some basic research by conducting a survey of integrative doctors to find out what motivates them to learn. We found that the most important reason doctors learn is because the information is valuable to them. And what is valuable to doctors? We found two critical factors among the doctors we surveyed:

  1. First—information that helps their patients
  2. Second—information that helps the doctors financially

Unsurprisingly, our research found that doctors taking CME courses were taking those classes simply to complete mandated hours for their licenses, and CME’s do not always lend themselves to the best motivations to actually learn anything. The biggest example of this is Medscape. Doctors go online and often rush to the test questions to get the hours they need for the year. We are not denigrating CME’s entirely, CME’s are helpful, but they may not be the best environment for value learning and implementation for the physician. So, we created an environment that is valuable for the reasons most doctors find learning to be valuable and linked it to the modern era of advanced integrative medicine.

The Unipathic Goal

The goal of the Unipathic Association is to provide healthcare professionals with impactful high-yield content and tools for daily practice. The platform covers a variety of topics from the latest in diagnostics and specialized intravenous/injectable treatments to medical business strategies for the purpose of helping doctors grow their practice. Unipathic Medicine applies peer-reviewed research with decades of treatment experience and pharmaceutical knowledge to help physicians create a unique medical blueprint for each patient using highly personalized diagnostics. The more tools and treatments you learn to utilize, the more you can help your patients. The better you implement good business practices, the faster your practice grows. It’s that simple.

Meet Our Founders

Having a vast clinically experienced team, strong pharmacy knowledge, and FDA experience are all vital to the success of our formula, and we have spent the last 2 decades building this knowledge. We have already accomplished much, from delivering over 50,000 infusions a year in the medical center using advanced integrative compounds, to getting FDA clinical drug trial approval, and operating a state of the art 503A compounding pharmacy. What we share is not theory, but real-life application of proven techniques and we want to share our knowledge with you so that more patients can be helped. We measure our success by how many people's lives we can improve and impact, both patient's and doctor's.

Providing this platform requires the combination of clinical experience, the existing body of clinical evidence, a modern compounding pharmacy, R&D of innovative drugs and medical treatments, researcher writers and an advanced team of computer technology specialists. It is a time consuming and labor-intensive exercise of technology and application of cutting-edge medical knowledge and we are honored to bring these resources to you.
